Media Library is the home for every image and video in this project. Photos you upload, images Buildy generates for ads and social posts, blog featured images, and short video clips all live here. Two simple tabs keep it organized.

Photos

Every image you upload or that Buildy generates lands here first. Browse, preview, download, or reuse in:

Website sections and hero images
Blog post featured images
Meta Ads and social post creatives
Email header images

Generated photos are often high-resolution – the app automatically serves optimized WebP versions on your site for speed.

Videos

Short 4–15 second clips generated for ads and social. Perfect for Meta and Google Demand Gen. Rendering takes about 2 minutes per clip.

Credits

1 credit = 1 second of video. Check your balance in Media Library.

How media gets here

You upload

Drag and drop or click Upload. Supports JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4. Files are stored securely and get a public URL you can use anywhere.

Buildy generates

When you ask Buildy for an ad, social post, or blog image, the image is saved here first so you can reuse it later.

App creates

Images embedded directly in pages or components also appear in your library so you have one source of truth.

Tips

Prefer library over external links. Never paste Unsplash or random CDN URLs into your site – they break and track users. Use Media Library assets so Buildy can optimize them.

Reuse winners. Got an image that converts well in ads? Reuse it on your homepage hero and in email header. Consistency builds brand memory.

Name it clearly. When you upload, keep the original file name meaningful – hero-homepage-fitness.jpg is easier to find than IMG_4321.jpg.

Videos take time. After you request a video, stay on page or check back in Media Library Videos tab after 2-3 minutes. It will appear automatically when done rendering.

Pro Tip

Ask Buildy in chat: Make me 3 variations of my hero image, bright outdoor vibe, text safe area centered. It will generate and save them to Photos so you can pick the best in Media Library without leaving chat.
