Contacts and app data
Leads, customers, and form submissions land in Contacts, your CRM under the Dashboard. Data Management holds the app’s database records (orders, bookings, custom tables) and is for advanced users only, since editing there means editing the database.

Smart Follow-up
Send automated emails or reminders when someone submits a form or when a certain action happens. Buildy can help you design full follow-up paths: welcome emails, reminders, and internal alerts that keep the same brand voice used on your pages.

User Accounts

Generate headlines, blog posts, or emails. Buildy can also search the live web for up-to-date info, then turn that into summaries, comparison tables, or FAQs on your pages.

Using Existing Content
Buildy can learn from your current website or files you upload like PDFs, screenshots, and spreadsheets and turn them into new pages, structured records (like Products or Services), or drafts for your app.

Text Agents (Chatbots)
Embed custom AI chatbots in your app to handle customer support or interactive guides. Transcripts are saved so you can improve answers over time. You create and update these in Dashboard → Text Agents.

Voice Agents
Allow users to talk to an AI over the web or receive automated phone calls through a dedicated number. Voice agents can handle both web calls and real phone calls (when minutes + phone number are set up). Browser-based web calls use voice minutes the same way phone calls do.

Brand Context & DNA Extraction
Buildy reads your app's pages, styles, and copy to learn your brand's unique voice, colors, and audience. This 'Brand DNA' powers every ad, social post, and email you generate.
