Text Agents are smart chat assistants that live on your website. They can help answer customer questions, collect emails, and provide instant support 24 hours a day.

1. Your Text Agents

List all your chatbots. You can create different ones for different tasks – e.g., Support Bot for help center, Sales Bot for pricing page.

Start your first chatbot

1. Click Create Your First Agent
2. Give it a name like Support Bot
3. Tell it how to speak and what it should know: tone (friendly, professional), key facts about business
4. Save – it's now ready to be added to your site

2. How to add to your site

Once you have an agent, you'll see a section called How to add this agent to your site. Ask Buildy: Add the support bot to my landing page as floating bubble in bottom right.

3. Conversation History

All chats your visitors have with AI are saved here with timestamps, user messages, bot replies, and captured emails. Read through them to see what customers are asking.
