How to get help fast

- Search the Docs: Use search bar at top of docs.buildy.ai to find articles by keyword like domains, Stripe, or voice agents.
- Browse by Category: Categories organized by workflow – Getting Started, How Buildy Works, Features, and Manage sub-sections.
- Contact Support: Use Contact page or chat widget. Describe expected vs actual behavior, share screenshots, and mention which page you were on.
- Book VIP Support: Need hands-on help? Book a Zoom call via Book with VIP Support. Great for launch reviews and custom workflows.

Troubleshooting checklists

- App not updating live? Did you click Publish? Check browser cache – try hard refresh or incognito.
- Form submissions not showing? Open Manage → Data and search entity by name. Check record appears.
- Custom domain not verifying? Double-check you copied A and CNAME records exactly. Delete old conflicting records. Wait 10-30 minutes and click Verify again.
- Login issues? Confirm App Settings visibility and Authentication settings saved.

Tips for best support experience

- Be specific: I expected clicking Buy to charge $49 and send receipt, but nothing happened after clicking.
- Include app URL and page where issue occurred.
- Mention recent changes: Added new integration or changed visibility yesterday.
- Use plain language – no code needed.
