[00:00:00] Bill: What are you going to be selling in the first place? Like how do you actually make money? And I use the word "selling" because that's just the traditional thing that you say, right? And we have an approach here that is really different. We're not going to be "selling" in the traditional sense. Selling involves convincing someone to put trust in you and give you money before you've delivered, okay? That's what selling is all about. And what we are doing, and the thing that makes this such a great opportunity is that we don't have to do that.
[00:00:30] Up until just recently with the technology that we've got available to us here, you had to sell in advance, right? Because it was far too time consuming and expensive to build websites, set up voice agents, create custom things for clients, create software. All of these things took a long time and were expensive to do ahead of time. But now with this technology like it's like that. Maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit, but it's three minutes and you have a website that you can now go out to a client, and you have delivered results in advance. It's a whole different ballgame. So if you've had any past like failures or worry or concern about selling, whether it's because maybe somebody was an awful salesperson and was too pushy and, but you felt like you were in an arm wrestling match, trying to get away from a sales rep, the used car phenomenon, that's the stereotype - then this is different than that.
[00:01:29] This is something completely different, and in fact, I would like to bring Colin on for a moment. You've been through this process. Yeah. So how does this compare to the traditional arm wrestling style of selling?
[00:01:41] Collin: Yeah. Well, I've tried that style of selling and it's so much harder. With this, it's almost like as soon as you're in there, they're sold already because you have a conversation, and it's not like pushing an agenda down their throat. You're not like, "Hey, I make websites. I'm going to sell you this website." You have a website that you've already built, with a bot, you show it to them and they're just in awe, because most people will go in without evidence that they can do a thing and want to be paid. And with this method, you're going in with the evidence that you can do this and that you've already done it. And it just surprises people.
[00:02:17] Bill: Yeah, there's no need to put faith in you or trust you or know your skill levels or any of that stuff. Or wondering if they give you money, are you going to run off and disappear and not deliver? This guide walks through the psychology of how we get our clients to give us money, and it's a lot different than probably any training you've ever seen or heard when it comes to getting people to give you money. You go through the whole guide, it explains about how this is different than traditional sales. It's a different psychology that happens. There's a whole different process that happens in your customer's mind compared to traditional selling. So this section here goes into why this model, this selling approach can be used in a lot of different ways. I've used it online, offline, in a variety of ways, but it's really well suited for what we're doing here. This chapter goes through why that is and why, especially for you as a Buildy agency partner, you have a big advantage to use this approach. So it's a pretty extensive guide and I would like to give it to you.
[00:03:22] A couple things I do want to focus in on this approach is a lot different where you're providing the results in advance, and then you want to set up the experience so that the prospect feels a loss if they say no, so they actually feel like they're going to lose something by saying no. You've shown them so much value, you've educated them to understand the value. And if they say no, the thing that you've shown them is going away, they're going to lose it. So it's a different approach. And for the people that have said yes to you, did you get a sense of like how valuable the thing you showed them is?
[00:04:01] Collin: So the first business I walked into when I showed them, their cook actually came out because he was the guy that usually does their social media. And he tried websites before. So he's got his gloves on and everything.
[00:04:13] Bill: That's hilarious! I did not know this.. So their marketing guy was their cook?
[00:04:17] Collin: Yep. He came out and he looked at it and he was like, "I've been trying to figure this stuff out for a long time." They've been around for probably about 10 years actually. But he was like, "yeah, we've been trying to figure this out for a long time. It's always just either too much money if someone approaches us or the style doesn't look good enough." And he said, "I can't do it. It's not in my wheelhouse." So I could tell right away it was really important to them and it was something they wanted to do because they have no idea how to do it.
[00:04:45] Bill: Cool. And that's the effect that you guys are going for. When you go out and see a business, we're going to be zeroing in on a couple of products. The first two products that you'll all go out and want to pitch.
[00:04:56] We're going to be websites and voice bots. And what my recommended strategy is to use Buildy Agency, which I'll pull it up and show you this in a moment. You will find companies that do not have websites. You will build them a website and pre-install a voice agent on it so that it's a "double wow factor" when you go out and do your demo. And so you'll pre-install those. You'll either do the demo in person, you can email it to people, and I think your best effect will be if you do it in person or on a Zoom call. Or you can also just email them the link, do the sales process by email. Then maybe a follow-up call. But again, I would recommend, especially you get a chance to see their face and their reaction and that's how you learn things like Colin just did that it was their cook that had been trying to figure this out. You wouldn't have got that if you would've just been on the phone, I think.
[00:05:51] Collin: Yeah, a lot of gatekeepers on the phone. People are always gatekeeping from the "big boss" and that you need to get to talk to.
[00:05:57] Bill: Yeah. And so this flips the whole conversation on its head because they're wowed by what you've shown them, especially with the voice bot on it, they'll be double wowed, and it becomes really, can the pricing work out to a way that is logical and that they can afford? Either it is or it isn't at that point. And if it isn't, that's okay. How everyone should approach this is to never, ever feel like you have to sell someone. You should be able to take it or leave it, and you should have that attitude and that approach, because if you get into a desperation mindset while you're selling, it does something to the sales process, it ruins it almost in a sense. I don't know if it's because the prospects sniff that out and they feel the desperation or what, but when you can quite literally walk out and all you have lost is three minutes of your time and no money, you need to be completely okay, which is walking away. And if they say no, it doesn't hurt you at all in any way. Talking about this, when you were out there, how did you feel about that?
[00:06:59] Collin: I was nervous, obviously, when I went in, just what you're saying. I built the website in a matter of probably three to five minutes, so it's not like I worked so hard to thing together. It's not something I was so attached to that I had to sell to this person. It'd be nice. But it's not going to crush my soul if I don't make the sale. I'm just going to go on to the next person, the next person, and next person. And eventually the right person will see the value in it. They'll jump on it and it'll be a no-brainer for them.
[00:07:28] Bill: In on that for a moment too, just to set everyone's expectations. I know you had an extraordinary, magical experience here. Your first day out, right? And boom, you landed a deal. You walked outta there with a, it $750 check I think they gave you, and I think now they're signing up to start paying monthly for voice bots and stuff. That was a really awesome thing. But I don't want to make it sound like that everyone is going to experience that, right? I want to be completely transparent here. The usual experience is going to be, you're going to talk to a few people before you start getting that close. And you're going to have to go through a process where you get comfortable. How you describe the website, how you deal with the process starts to feel smooth and comfortable. And then at some point you will get a "Yes!" And I want everyone to realize that your first rounds out there, or however you're going to be closing, you're going to be doing some volume, you're going to do this several times likely before you get your first close.
[00:08:26] And then you get some confidence. You start to get confidence in what you're doing, especially as you start to see people react to what you built. And they'll be like, "Wow!" Like you said, Colin, they're trying to figure it out for who knows how long, and boom, there it is. So the more you see those kinds of reactions, the more chances you get to practice, the closes will come. Then they'll come more often and it will get easier. But the search is really justifying a match. You guys want to find the perfect customer, the customer that you would love to keep working with, who appreciates what you do. Who wants what you offer. And then you've been able to figure out the pricing to make it so that you're making good money, but they're getting value. That is more of a negotiation over that than it is a sales process. Can you give them a price that in their mind is a good return on investment and they're happy about the whole thing? And you'll be in the quest to find where that spot is and get the deal. And that's the process in a nutshell. And I do believe that once you get someone who says, "This is great, I would love to have this!" I do think there will be a fair amount of negotiation on that. What have you seen, Colin?
[00:09:39] Collin: With a few of the people I've talked to, they didn't budge the price I gave them, which makes me feel like I should have started higher. Like when I walk in and said $750, they just looked at me like, "Oh, that's it? Okay." So I feel if I were to start. A little higher, maybe like $1250 or something around that area. Maybe then there'd be a little more action on "Hey can we do a thousand?" or something like that. But definitely starting a little higher on that is something I want to start doing a little more often. Because, like I said, everyone heard $750 for the website and they were like, "Oh, okay".
[00:10:15] Bill: Yeah. I think the thing that happens also, there's this psychology, it's called price anchoring, and it's really irrational and it's a subconscious mind thing and it doesn't make a lot of sense. But the first price that someone hears or thinks about in reference to another thing, it becomes anchor in the mind, is a solid piece of information that they then compare all of their prices and values to, right? So, when you come in and you go, "Normally I would charge $3,000 to custom design a website. But, because I've already built this for you and I can see you guys really need it, I am willing to negotiate a bit." And I think even if you just start with a high price and then make sure they understand that you're willing to be flexible because you're looking for good clients. And I think that approach is going to be the way to go. So even if you start off anchoring at a really high price, I think you'll find that you'll come out with a pretty good result.
[00:11:13] And then one other thing that you can do to anchor a price is to compare and contrast against other designers out there who charge $5,000, some more, so you can say, "Hey, my competitors charge like $5,000 for something like this." Now you've anchored the price at $5,000 when you start to talk, then the sense of loss will really kick in. They'll be like, "Oh, I can't spend $5,000 on it. Now I'm going to lose this thing." And then you come to the rescue with a price they can afford. But pricing is ultimately up to you, go close your own deals and do your own thing. You charge any price you want, as little as much as you want. Totally up to you. Collin, one thing I'll say is you didn't have any of this stuff. You just had to go out there and wing it.

[00:00:00] Bill: So we are going to be selling websites, and what I'll do is a quick walkthrough right now on how you build them. And then we are also going to be selling voice agents, okay? Those are the two first things you're going to sell. But I do want you to know there are more things to sell. Also, you can use Buildy to create custom software solutions, where you're going to make tailor made, crafted software and tools for businesses, and you can charge a premium price for that. In fact, just me and my boys have been going out to networking events here around my area, and just us doing that, we have someone chasing us right now. They want us to work with them. He wants to go sell custom software solutions to companies and have us deliver it. And I'm not even looking for that. That just came from showing up and being present in some of these networking events. So I know this is a thing that some of you can do really well with, where you can charge about $5,000, even $10,000 for a custom built software solution.
[00:01:03] Now. In addition to that, there are two features in Buildy you will be able to create and run really amazing Facebook ads for your clients using Buildy. You will also be able to create and craft email marketing campaigns for your clients using Buildy. So I would like to show you that. And then additional thing is regular organic social media content that you can do your social media marketing for your clients using Buildy. Access to these features as we release them in a beta state will be free. So I'm going to let you have free access to these for a while. Later, there may be extra charges for them. Just fair warning. I don't want it to be a surprise to you later on, but for now, I'm going to give it to you for free. Okay?
[00:01:48] These are very expensive for me to make. Every single time you make an ad costs me money outta my pocket. The expense of the AI is, you'd be surprised how expensive it is. So every ad you make, every post you make, every image you make, costs me money and it adds up, as hundreds of people are making these things, it adds up quite fast. But again, I'll give you access for free.
[00:02:10] I'll show you. Let's take a look and I would like to show you some examples. Okay, so this is a project that I did a little while ago and I recently went in and made some ads. So I want to go in here. You'll notice now on the Manage tab. See the little "new" icon there? And you'll see here new for "AI Agents" and "Marketing & Ads." So as we release these new features, again, I'll give you "sneak peak" early access. Some features we may charge additional fees for later. Some may just be free forever. But right now, let's take a look in the "Marketing & Ads." So the first thing that can happen is you can unleash Buildy to do a complete brand analysis of your client's site. So once you've built their website inside Buildy, I've already done it here, but you can click a button and it does a complete analysis of all the marketing basics. It does an analysis on who are the potential customers? What is their dream outcome that they're looking for? What are the pain points and frustrations? Deeply looks into the psychology of who they are and how to sell to them. Then it examines the brand and it looks at what colors are used on the website. Any logo that's on the website, evaluates all of that and comes up with a "Brand Style Guide" that is then used in every single ad that it makes, and every email that it writes, every social media post that it makes, it takes the whole brand guidelines into account, all of the market research that it did and helps make those things.
[00:03:43] And so let's quickly go in here and we'll take a look at some ads. Here are some ads that I made up. This is the image that was created, and we have our ad copy, our headline, our description, call to action, and then you'll even be able to post the ads to Facebook as a paid advertisement, all in this system. Here's another one. So pretty amazing, right? And then here's another one. Pretty good. I like this one. And the copy is as if I wrote it. So this has all been trained on my strategy of copywriting and persuasion. So the creative decisions about the ads, the copy written, the targeting, all of it, follows all of my best practices. So there's another one. And so these are examples of that. And you can see here the strategy: it isn't just creating random ads, it actually created an in-depth detailed strategy. You can see the target audience, the pain points of the audience targeting, the dream outcome that they're targeting, details about the offer that we have made them. And then you'll notice if we go to the campaign level, let's go to this one here, but here's some more here. And by the way, if you find that you want to make a new strategy, you don't like the one that's been used to create these, you can click the "New Strategy" button. So there's an example of an ad.
[00:05:05] Now one thing to realize is that ad campaigns like this, businesses spend a lot of money on this, okay? I know I have hired agencies myself. When my team is busy, I'll go to an outside agency and hire them to run ads for us that the cheapest I have ever been charged is $3,000 a month. That's the cheapest. There's another agency that I have spent literally six figures with them creating and running ads for us. So this is a premium, high priced add-on feature that you will be able to sell your clients. I do want you to realize that in order to do this, it'll have to be clients that built a website with you. The way the system currently works is it analyzes the website and everything it knows about a client for it being on your system. So this is especially useful for clients that you land as website clients. Then what you have now is an upsell that you can charge them more money. You could charge them a monthly fee or a one-time fee or whatever to make them a set of ads, or social media posts.
[00:06:12] And then the other one, which is pretty cool if we go back to "Marketing & Ads," is emails. So it is an entire system. Here are the emails. So here I have a spam score in it so we can see that it needs to be tweaked to make sure that it makes it by the spam filters. And this is the same process that we use in my company. We first write our emails and we just don't even worry about spam words. We just write the best marketing emails we can. And then we run them through a spam check process to make sure that we're not using words that are going to get us in the spam folder. And you can see here, it scored it. It has told us what words need to be redone, and then you can redo any of this. Like here, we'll just click this and it's going to use AI to give recommendations and we just click it and then boom, it just changes the email. We can click "now" and we'll change it to "these days" and then I will change "offer" to "service" and then we're eliminating the spam words. And so you can also highlight sections of copy like this and rewrite them with AI as well. There we go, and see our spam scores going down. So once we get rid of all the spam words, we now have spam-friendly copy that we can send out, but you've got your subject line, then the body of the email that you're supposed to send, and it writes an entire campaign so that it can write one email. You can write a whole campaign.
[00:07:40] If you want to write a seven day sequence for clients and charge them for it, you can use this to do that. So these are all available to you right now. If you go log into your Buildy account, if you go into a project that you have already set up, you will find that these are now available and they are released in beta. We are debugging, changing and polishing and improving them. So just realize that they will evolve as they're in beta and they'll continue to be free to you while they're in beta.
[00:08:08] Other thing I want to show you is how to build a site and what you want to do, you have a secret link that you can go to, and then we're going to be emailing this out to you as well. But this secret link, you must be logged into Buildy. So go to Buildy.ai, log in, and then as an agency client, you can go to buildy.ai/agency. And that is going to get you to this page right here. So it is a lead search, a lead finder, plus it builds your websites, all in one interface. So we can come over here and pick any kind of business type we want. And this is going to search Google Maps, which Google Maps is really good at searching local businesses, but it also searches nationwide and international businesses too. And it does search not just the US, I have tried several countries myself and I have not been able to find one that it didn't find me businesses in. So it's a worldwide search. So we can come in here and let's go for "chiropractors." So we'll put in "chiropractor." Location, I'm going to pick city near me that I think is affluent. So we'll pick Newport Beach. So by the way, when you put this in, make sure you type in here, you'll get a dropdown and you must click the dropdown selector to select the city. You do have to select one location at a time and it will just do a radius search around it. You'll notice we can show "only businesses that don't have websites" if we check that box. Or we can uncheck it and then we'll get all kinds of businesses. Here, we can change the number of results. So I'm just going to leave it at 15 for this right now. And then otherwise, if you already know the business that you want to set up and provide services for, click the "Enter business manually." So if we click that, it's going to take us straight into this form that you can fill out to build a website and a voice agent. Let's go back to search, "Chiropractor" and we'll go "Newport Beach" there it is right there, so we can select that. I'll pick "All websites" and then we can click search.
[00:10:18] And this is just one way to find clients. It's not the only way. There are many other ways to find clients. Some of you may choose not to service local businesses. Some of you may decide, "Hey, I want to go out and I want to help e-commerce businesses, or I want to help people who have courses, or people who have YouTube channels or whatever." You're not limited to only local businesses, but you can find clients using any kind of lead generation approach that you want, bring them here and build websites for them. Remember, that's the "Enter business manually." If you go out and find your own leads, you have your own prospects, you'll use that.
[00:10:54] So here are our search results, and so we can see these businesses, we can see that our maps listing, their website. All of these look like they have a website. I'm going to adjust this and I'm going to change it to "Businesses without a website." And let's do another search. Let's see what we find. Now, Newport Beach is a pretty high-end, affluent place, and it may be hard to find chiropractors who don't have sites, but let's see what we get. And by the way, this search, sometimes it's really quick, sometimes it takes a little longer. And here we go. But we did find some. So what I would look for if I were wanting to deliver this for clients is I would try to find a quick glance, look for businesses that have more reviews. Like this one here has one review, so maybe I'll go look at it and investigate it a little bit. Like here, let's go take a look at their Google Maps listing. Okay, so this is a chiropractor. There's one review on it. There's not really any photos about her. If you wanted to, what you might do is you could do additional research here, if you were, "oh, I want to dig into this a little further." So we could go to Google and do a little more research and we'll say Newport Beach, California, and we're going to search for her. She has a Yelp listing, Maps listing, and a WebMD listing. Let's take a look, but maybe this one is worth it actually. Okay. Got a bad review and some good reviews. Okay. You know what, I'm going to change my mind on this. I'm going to say that she would be worth potentially doing some work for. I'm going to get rid of that one. WebMD, okay, "this person is in natural health, she's dangerous and against the American Medical Association." That's probably a good thing in my book. All right, so I probably won't include this, but we've got a Yelp listing and we've got a Google Maps listing, and I think that Victoria needs some help with her marketing. I can clearly see that Victoria definitely needs help with her marketing and she doesn't have her own website, and so we're going to make her one. So let's click "Build website." So now you'll notice we can add more listings, our app pulls back the business name, the business type. You can edit those. And then what we're going to do automatically put the maps listing in here, but I want to add the Yelp listing. So I'm going to copy the Yelp URL. I'm going to go back here and I'm going to click on "Yelp." So I'm going to paste the Yelp listing in there.
[00:13:38] Now, if you have images of the business, which you might get by looking around online, or maybe you might even take pictures of out in front of the businesses, on your phone while out in front of them. That could be another way, like you could go out on a tour and just sit in front of the business, shoot pictures of the storefront and add them in here.
[00:13:57] And then any additional information that you have found that you feel Buildy should think about when it's building the agent. And then we click "Add AI Voice Agent" here. So now what that's going to do is it's going to build a website and pre-install a voice agent on that website. Then if we click "Create Website Project" and is now making that for her. And this process, it's not instantaneous. As I mentioned before, usually takes about three minutes, can take as much as five I've seen on the long side. But what's going to happen is right now it's out crawling the web and extracting information. It's extracting real reviews. So the actual reviews on the Google Page, on the Yelp page, and anything else we have fed it. It is extracting images, it is learning about the business, their hours, their contact information, anything it can find. It is assembling it and building like a file, so to speak about this business. And now it is launched to build a process. So it's done with the research and now you can see it's building. So Buildy is now going to go through this process and build the website for them.
[00:15:07] While we're waiting for that, I will come back on here and it's going to build you the first draft of this website. And so if you look at it and you see anything really obvious that you want to tweak or improve, you can then you take it and show it to the client. And the client will very often be like, "I love this, but what about this or that," or "Could we change this color to purple?" or whatever. They'll have opinions about how they would like to see it improved, and it's very easy for you to do that, and so it is going to do its thing, still putting the preview together, but that's the process. That's all you have to do to have this ready to go walk out to a client or send them in an email or on Zoom and give them a demo of their brand new website.
[00:15:52] Again, I would recommend you start with a very high price and negotiate down, and I would make sure that you are charging a fee for the setup and building of the site, and then an absolute minimum of $29 per month for to host it and maintain it. Now at $29 a month, make sure that the client understands this is just to keep the website alive and on the internet. It does not mean that you're going to be editing it or improving it or changing it. Those come at extra costs, or you can build in a higher price and you could charge a hundred bucks a month and then include some minor edits and changes for them if you would like. So you either could charge a lower monthly fee and just charge for hosting only or a higher fee, and include, say like up to three edits a month or up to five edits a month for a higher monthly price. Now, you can also bundle it all together and sell an annual plan. So you could go $29 times 12, is $348. You could take that plus your setup fee. So let's say like the example, call and charge a $750 setup fee plus 50, and you could charge them $1,100 $1,098 for a package that includes 12 months of hosting and the building of the website. So those are an example of that. So you have a lot of choices to charge monthly, charge upfront fees. You have a lot of room to negotiate, adjust pricing based upon what your customer needs and wants.
[00:17:28] Okay, looks like the site is up. Let's take a look. So here is including a review, how to get there and some more info. So now one thing you can do, let's say you want to edit this and you'd like to change the picture, like that's the picture of the building. So let's say you want another photo. So we could come right in here into Buildy and say, "add another section about the value of services along with a picture of a chiropractor helping a happy client." We'll submit that. And we can make little tweaks, just make it look just a little bit better so we could change this image. I'm going to leave it just for now, but what I've asked it to do is add another section with an image and some additional copy. I could also ask it to add more testimonials. And one thing I do see here is it's turned on with Buildy branding. So let me turn that off. And why is that not turning off? So my team just added this feature, so turn, oh, I have to save. I think save changes you. That's why it didn't turn off. So as you can see here, I made that, added that section for me.
[00:18:38] So we can add as many sections, add more reviews, tweak it however you feel that it needs to be tweaked and then it's ready to take to the client. And so to do that, you just hit "Publish." I'm not going to publish this one, but once you publish it, you're going to get a temporary address. You can show the client where they can preview this and then the voice agent is here. I don't know if it's activated. Let's take a look. You go under Agents. Let's just make sure that it is activated. It does not have a phone number on it, but it should be active. Let's take a look and test it out.
[00:19:18] Agent: "Hi, thanks for calling Vodon Victoria, MDC. How can I help you today? Vodon Victoria. MDC is a chiropractic office in Newport Beach. If you have any questions about chiropractic care or our services, feel free to ask."
[00:19:33] Bill: 'Yeah. What services do you have?"
[00:19:35] Agent: "We offer chiropractic care here at Vodon Victoria, MDC. That typically includes spinal adjustments and treatments to help with back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal issues. If you're looking for something specific, let me know. If you need more detailed information about particular treatments, I recommend checking our website or giving us a call during business hours. Would you like the phone number or address?"
[00:19:59] Bill: "Here's a question. Do you accept credit cards?"
[00:20:03] Agent: "Yes, we do accept credit cards for payment. If you have any other questions about payment options or services, just let me know."
[00:20:09] Bill: There you go. So there is the voice agent. So we could now walk into their office or reach out to them by email and tell us, say, "Hey, I noticed you don't have a website, and I noticed that it looks like that you could really represent your business better on the internet. So I decided to help you with that, and I built you a site. Can I show it to you?" And that's that. And they'll either say yes or no. Now, I don't know what business owner's going to say no. If I were that chiropractor and I were in their situation and someone walked in and they already built me a site and they just want to show it to me, I'm going to say yes.
[00:20:52] Now, if you encounter a gatekeeper, let's say the receptionist is, "What is this in regards to?" You can say "It's about the website I built for them," so you just assume like they should know all about it and you don't want to say anything that's not true, but just have the casual attitude that they should already know all about it, okay? "It's about the website that I built for them," and that's that. And then they'll get you through to the business owner or manager, you show them the website and that is how the whole thing begins. Now, one thing you're going to want to make sure you do is you make sure you tell them to click and talk to their new website. You could do that on your phone, on a tablet, on a laptop, on their computer if they pull it up on their screen. As long as it has a microphone, they can talk to their voice bot. And so you now have built them a talking website at which for many of them, especially these companies that do not have websites, they will be absolutely blown away. They really will. They can't even figure out how to get a basic website up and you just built the by talking website. And so in the process of doing this, they might say things like, "This is cool, but it doesn't list enough testimonials." Then you go, "No problem! I can make it have whichever you want." Or if they say, "I don't like that photo." "Okay, no problem, we can do some more. In fact, while I'm here, I can shoot some photos right here from my phone and we can put them on the website." So you just offer to make it be however they want it to be. And Buildy makes it incredibly easy. So let's say, they want some more photos, so you can take photos right there on location with your phone, upload them to Buildy and tell Buildy, "Hey, I want to add these pictures. I want them to be here. I want it to say this," and it'll just do it for you.
[00:22:36] And then you publish it. You have to come up with a domain name and to do that, you come into Buildy, it's really easy. You go under the Manage tab, you go here under "Domains," and then you search for a domain and register it. So it might be, as an example, let's call it vvchiropractic.com, and then you search. "Available domain," you can purchase it, realize that it will cost you $13.50, because that's what it costs us to purchase this domain with the domain registration system. And then it will be immediately attached to this business, and the business can be launched. This process, it can take two or three minutes for the domain to fully go through and get processed. Once it's through, you just hit "Publish" again. So you republish the site with the new domain and it's live. That's how fast it is. So that is the whole process.
[00:23:33] And now you can customize the site by just chatting with it down here in the chat box with plain English saying what you want changed. You can adjust the voice agents by going here under "AI Agents", and you got "Voice Agents" here. Then in here there are a bunch of settings that you can adjust. So you can come in here and adjust these, but we can adjust what the agent says. Basically, this is what it's educated on, and then this is what it's going to say to people on the web browser, versus if you activate phone calls, this is what it's going to do on the phone. And that's how all that works.
[00:24:13] And one thing I do want to let you know is that voice agents absolutely must be charged at a premium. So don't just ever give away a voice agent, they cost money. I want you to realize that there is a per-minute charge. And when you activate a voice agent, when the client is ready to take their voice agent, you have to register a phone number and activate the agent, and it comes with a hundred minutes, and it costs $29 a month. That's your cost. So you want to mark that up for your monthly fee. So you have a hard cost of $29 a month, that includes the phone number and a hundred minutes of activity. Mark that up and charge a premium for it and make sure that you understand that. So you don't want to ever just throw that in because it's going to cost you money outta your pocket. So always charge a premium price for this. And it should be at least double what you're charging for the website, as an example. And from a monthly standpoint, I recommend charging $299 a month or more. That's a minimum level I would charge for a voice agent. You can justify charging up to a thousand dollars a month for busier businesses and businesses that have a very high value client. An example of that might be a home services business or a cosmetic dentist, something like that. And that is the basics of the basic services that you can provide.
[00:25:44] So once we have finished the website, and let's say it is completely done, we have added in all the information for the client, we've made any tweaks, we've added photos, and it's like the finished website is done. Once you've done that, then you can come over here, go to "Marketing & Ads," and you say, "Extract Brand Content." I don't advise doing this on a bare bones like first draft. You should wait until it's completely finished before you hit this button. And then that's going to do all the analysis of the business, of the brand, of the colors, the look and feel, and it will use that to make the ads and posts and emails.
